Sunday 21st September at 11:00
Bart's Bash hopes to be the biggest sailing race in the World, by combining results from club races all over the World. The aims are to raise money for the Andrew Simpson Sailing Foundation and to set a new Guiness World Record - and we have the opportunity to be part of that record attempt.
The Club is running separate races for dinghies and keelboats, both starting at 11am on Sunday 21st September. Dinghies will start to the west of the river in a joint race with KYC and LTSC, called the Western Solent Dinghies Bart's Bash, while the keelboats will race from the RLymYC platform. All the sailors will then converge on RLymYC for lunch and the prizegiving after the race.
