The information contained within a notice on the XOD Class Association website incorrectly referred to a single race on Saturday 20th July - there are two raced scheduled for that day. The cost of the Social Evening on Saturday is not covered in the £35 Entry Fee as there will be a £10 per head charge to cover third party expenses.
An A4 Laminated Western Solent Racing Chart will be available for purchase from reception at the Club office - please note that this chart is for guidance only and should not be relied upon for navigation.

There will be a briefing for competitors (under the balcony facing the pontoon area of RLymYC) at 1100 hours on Saturday 20th July 2019 when a diagram illustrating the "prohibited area" will be made available.
XOD Week Party
NOTICE OF PARTY - Lymington XOD Week, Sat 20th July
Your presence is requested for the XOD Summer party from 1930 on Saturday 20th July, (the first day of Lymington XOD Week). We would really like as many people as possible to attend to enjoy themselves and welcome our many already confirmed visitors from other divisions. James & Carolyn Markby have kindly proposed to host the event in their garden at Salterns Mead, 47 Westfield Road (5 mins walk from the club), and have a Band, Bar, gin cocktails and Hog Roast all lined up.
We really hope to generate a fun summer season class party, with a broader intention to also assist with attracting some new people, both owners and potential crews to the class and Lymington. So please please make every effort to attend with your partners, your crew, their partners and potentially interested boating friends - the more the merrier and your support will be very much appreciated!
We are all conscious that bigger events such as Cowes have seen numbers falling at an alarming rate, and so we hope that this small effort can be part of a much bigger picture to foster even more local support for our racing and boats, both on and off the water, and which we hope will have trickle down benefits for the division and class more generally, at a moment when its needed.
We will be asking for a small contribution towards some of the cost of the event, £10 per person for a ticket (to help cover food, band and heavily subsidised bar etc....an absolute bargain given what is being organised).
