Many thanks to Dunford Construction for sponsoring our Friday Evening Junior Racing series. Run by Race Officer, Steve Greene, Friday night racing takes place after school from early April to late September for all the Youth and Junior classes and regularly attracts 15 to 20 young sailors. First Warning Signal is not before 17:30hrs. The race will start in the Lymington River after the 18:00 Wightlink ferry has passed by. For 2021, entry is online only - click the button below. Sailors take their numbered tally from the board to register going afloat and coming back ashore. Food can be pre-ordered to collect from 17:00 to enable sailors to eat before racing - see below for more details!

Our Mosimann's restaurant can prepare takeaway meals for junior and youth sailors to enjoy before Friday Evening Racing. Pre-order at any time, last orders 16:00hrs on the day of racing.

2021 Consent Form must be completed by parent/guardian for all Junior and Youth sailors aged under 18 sailing at Royal Lymington Yacht Club.
2021 Adult Helper Consent Form must be completed by all adults assisting with coaching including in safety boats.
