The format of the evening is normally that the Lecture runs from 1830 - 1930 after which we have supper. The Lecturer & one guest have Supper at the Club's expense and any additional guests may dine with them and the hosts if they wish.

Will you be bringing any guests? If so how many? How many reservations for dinner will you require (including the lecturers)?

Details of how you will present your lecture

We provide a laptop running Powerpoint 2010 with a Data Projector and Screen, together with microphones and sound input to our PA system. We also have a DVD player. We do not have a slide projector. If you are more comfortable with your own laptop, please bring it together with a back up of your presentation on a USB memory stick.
