Event Update 05/07/2018: Trailers & road bases will now be kept at Berthon for the duration of the event.

All dinghies are very welcome to the 2018 Lymington Dinghy Regatta, run by Royal Lymington YC and Lymington Town SC

For fleets of 8+ boats, the clubs propose to have a class start.  Depending on entries, the following starts are likely to include - Fast Handicap (PY up to 965), Medium Handicap (PY 966 - 1195), Slow Handicap (PY 1196-1500), Merlin Rockets, RS400 (part of Southern Tour), RS800, RS700, RS Aero, Musto Skiff, and Lightning 368.

There will be 2 large courses in the Western Solent; details of which fleets will sail together will depend on entry numbers in each fleet, and type of boat. The clubs will ensure that racing is of the best possible standard.

The event is limited to 140 boats, so please enter as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Camping is available 5 mins walk away at the Sea Scouts (you can even sleep in the scout hut so no need to bring a tent), and there are loads of B&Bs in Lymington
