2022 Annual General Meeting Documents

As is customary, the documents for this year’s Annual General Meeting are being distributed electronically. Circulating the documents in this manner helps to reduce the cost to the Club and is far kinder to the environment.  It also ensures that they are received promptly by Members, meeting the timing requirements as documented in the Articles of Association.
