Sailing and powerboating with Royal Lymington
Royal Lymington Yacht Club was a hive of activity on Saturday 26th March as we welcomed people interested in getting out on the water to our Centenary Open Day and Crew Match, the nautical equivalent of speed dating!
Representatives from many areas of the Club were on hand during the Open Day to show visitors around, including a selection of members’ boats on the pontoon. As a Club we welcome everyone with an interest in boating. No prior boating experience is required to join the RLymYC and take part in the huge number of activities on offer.
Skippers gathered in the bar for our annual Crew Match and spent more than two hours chatting to newcomers keen to race this season as crew. Complete beginners as well as more experienced crew are welcome to join our Crew Match at any time - if you missed the event, register on our Crew Register and one of the team will be in touch.
