Risk Statement
It must be recognised that sailing and powerboating are by nature unpredictable sports and therefore inherently involves an element of risk. 
 
By taking park in the sessions you expose yourself to this risk, agree and acknowledge that:
  • You are aware of any specific risks drawn to your attention by the SI and will comply at all times with their Instructions.
  • You accept responsibility for any injury, damage or loss to the extent caused by your own negligence;
  • You will not participate in the session whilst your ability to skipper or crew a dinghy is impaired by alcohol, drugs or whilst otherwise unfit to participate.
 
I understand and agree:
  • The Club may exclude anyone for misconduct.
  • I may be photographed or filmed by the Club and waive any copyright.
